If TeamViewer up to version 9 is already installed on your computer, you do not need our remote maintenance program. If TeamViewer version 10 or higher is installed on your computer, it must first be closed before running our remote maintenance program.
Access with our remote maintenance program is only possible if you provide us with the displayed 9-digit ID. You can cancel the remote access at any time by closing the remote maintenance program.
